User Information
To set up a Regency Taxi Account: we collect only pertinent personal or corporate information (e.g., name or company name and contact person, phone number, address, and email address) needed to allow you to become a Regency Taxi App User.
Eligibility
User certifies that they are at least the age of majority in the state or province User resides in. In regards to minor dependents (less than 18 years of age), you have also consented to permit them to use the Regency Taxi App.
User Permission
When we collect personal information (e.g., Location Information to Book a Trip, Transaction Information, Device Information, Usage Information and Preferences, Call and SMS Data, and Log Information), it is understood that information will be used solely for purposes directly related to using the Regency Taxi App, and with User permission.
Promotional Communications: we may send you email, text about updates, promotions, or new products, with User permission option to opt out. You may follow User prompts to opt-out of these promotional emails.
Non-Promotional Communications: We may still send you communications pertaining to Services User requested, User Account, or current or future business relations even if you opt-out of promotional emails, since these are necessary for Regency Taxi App usage.
Disclosure
A violation of Regency Taxi Terms of Service, or to protect the safety of others and property, or a requirement by law, are the only ways Regency Taxi may disclose User information.
Third Party Services
Per standard practice, third party providers used by Regency Taxi only collect, use and disclose User information that is necessary to perform their provided services. Some third party services have their own privacy policies regulating the information we are required to provide, and Regency Taxi advises that you read their privacy policies so you understand how your information will be handled by them.
Once you leave our website, you are not governed by Regency Taxi Privacy Policy or Regency Taxi Terms of Service.
Security
Protecting User information: we take all reasonable precautions and apply the industry’s leading practices to ensure the information is not lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, changed, or destroyed.
Bear in mind that no method of data transmission over the internet or even electronic storage is 100 percent secure.
